The hotel is conveniently located near the Roman Bridge, with easy access to bars and restaurants. It is also opposite the market and Plaza Mayor, providing a lively atmosphere. due to its central location, there can be excessive noise from shouting, screaming, and market activities throughout the night. The secure parking facilities are a plus, and the hotel offers spacious rooms with clean bathrooms and friendly service. The breakfast is well above average, with plenty of options available.

Fantastic hotel - so friendly and easy to feel comfortable. The room was large, very clean and felt luxurious! In a fabulous position for exploring Salamanca!

Its location and the breakfast was very good, but the "breakfast experience" was spoilt by the unnecessarily aggressive refusal by the member of staff in attendance to permit our flask to be filled with hot water for our very long journey (to Marbella) as we left.
See above. Also, we had specifically requested a twin-bedded non-smoking room. We were given a double bedded room which smelt horribly of cigarette smoke ~ we refused to accept it and were immediately given a room as requested, but regard should have been given to our requests in the first place. Because of the aggressive behaviour of the male member of staff in the restaurant and the ignoring of our room requests we shall not be staying at the Vega again, nor would we recommend it to our friends.

Super clean and in a great spot near all the main attractions, even the cute shoe stores! 👠

Good location.
Single room very small, not even room for a chair. Wouldn't recommend single room. Otherwise just an ordinary hotel, not sure why Lonely Planet hypes it.

Good location.
Though we made reservation six month ahead, we got tiny rooms in the ground floor. Variety of food for breakfast could be larger. The bathroom door couldn't be closed. Very difficult to park a car in a garage.

Smooth check-in process, the staff was really helpful in giving us directions. the room had a trendy design and was cozy, plus we enjoyed a nice view of the market outside. They even had a great selection of bread for breakfast! 🥐

The location was great. It was just a short walk to the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral and the University. There were a lot of excellent restaurants in the area.
It was difficult to find, even with a GPS.

Fabulous hotel close to Plaza Major and all centre areas. Difficult to find but that was mainly due to ongoing road works in the area. Luxurious, staff very friendly and helpful. I will stop there on my next visit to Salamanca and will recommend to anybody I know going there.

The rooms are well-equipped with an attractive modern design. I was very impressed with the electronic key card, work desk, and multi-channel TV available. - the location is perfect and quiet, situated in the Old Town district, close to a big market, great restaurants, and good restaurants. - Efficient check-in and excellent service overall.

The staff are extremely friendly and will do everything they can to ensure your comfort. For the first time in our trip in Spain, breakfast was served until 12 noon, a big bonus for guests who want to sleep in. At our previous destination we left a pair of sunglasses at the hotel and Room Mate Vega was willing to receive the delivery even after we checked out. When we returned to Salamanca after three days the sunglasses were waiting for us at the front desk. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable place to stay right in the centre of town.
